WINEMAKER’S NOTESSparkling wines are always harvested a bit earlier in the season to ensure they have a nice bright acidity and fresh fruit flavours. This wine was produced with Chardonnay grapes by the Charmat process with low carbonation making it easy drinking and smooth on the palate.
