TASTING NOTESNotes of apple and honeysuckle on the nose with a touch of citrus. On the palate delicate flavours of apricot, honeydew melon and pineapple with small bubbles that break over your tongue beckoning you onto the next sip. The perfect wine for Asian fare like Pad Thai or lemon chicken. Also ideal to pair with fried foods like calamari and fritto misto with garlic aioli.
WINEMAKER’S NOTESThis sparkling wine was made by the Charmat Method when we capture the natural bubbles produced during fermentation inside a specialized tank. The wine is fermented at cool temperatures to ensure that the bright fresh fruit flavours are captured in the wine. The Chardonnay grapes were picked early to maintain a crisp acidity. A hint of Riesling was also added to ensure a fresh fruity style.
