The 2021 Riddled is the culmination of our soil, climate and winemaking expertise coming together to harness the power of Mother Nature in a bottle of wine. The palpable acidity and rich structure of the 2021 growing season come together to create a complex and vibrant sparkling wine. The expressive nose exudes notes of freshly baked almond croissant, crisp green apple and citrus, while the palate matches that energy with flavours of wet stone and electric lemon meringue.

Winemakers Notes: Riddled is only made as a vintage sparkling wine. We enter each harvest with the goal of expressing that vintage's story and conveying the purity, complexity and potential of our exceptional site. Only in the best vintages will we craft Riddled, our signature sparkling and the 2021 met the criteria. Only 471 6-packs of this stunning Blanc de Blancs were produced
from Chardonnay grapes that were specially selected from hand-picked blocks of the Flat Rock Vineyard. The whole clusters were
pressed and the free run juice allowed to ow gently via gravity to neutral French oak barrels for primary fermentation. In the traditional method, the wine was then transferred to bottle for its 12-month secondary fermentation.Â
