FLAVOUR PROFILE: A refreshing, off dry Riesling with flavours of peach, melon and citrus. Picked from the Hidden Terrace Vineyards in Oliver BC, this bright Riesling excites with flavours of white peach, sweet citrus and apples.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Pair with honey roasted ham, cajun jambalaya, pork tenderloin with baked apple and pork belly tacos. An excellent pairing with blue cheeses like Gorgonzola, Bleu Bénédictin, Bleu D'Elizabeth or Roquefort.
WINEMAKING: The Riesling grapes were picked from the Hidden Terrace Vineyard in Oliver, along with vineyards from our long-standing grower in Vernon. Letting the grapes hang until mid-October, they’re then gently pressed, cool fermented, and aged in stainless steel tanks, to enhance the natural acid of the Riesling grape, while showing off its pure fruit expression.
