Description from the Producer
Grown and harvested on our Four Mile Creek Farm, this Riesling is produced from three beautiful clones (239, 214, Paul Bosc Clone). The later pick provided a bit more mouth feel and ripe orchard fruit flavours. The earlier we harvest our Riesling, the more citrus notes we tend to receive. We fermented this wine at cooler temps using different yeast strains. This Riesling offers everything from approachable aromatics to a balanced finish that captures ripe fruit but also celebrates the lovely acidity and clean flavour that Riesling wants to offer.
