TASTING NOTES: This cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc reflects the freshness and purity of the 2025 vintage. Harvested in early October, the fruit was crushed and destemmed before undergoing a cool fermentation in stainless steel. Four months of lees aging has added texture and depth while preserving the wine's vibrant character.
Expressive aromas of grapefruit, lime zest and fresh-cut herbs lead to a bright, energetic palate. Flavours of citrus and subtle tropical fruit are framed by refreshing acidity and a delicate mineral note. Fresh, balanced and beautifully expressive, this is a Sauvignon Blanc that captures both the variety and the vintage.
