The much anticipated follow-up to our multi-award winning 2019 Reserve East Chardonnay is now available. 2020 was an Excellent growing season, with consistent dry and warm weather from spring to fall. Grapes matured perfectly and natural cropping levels were moderate to low resulting in wines of wonderful concentration. This special Reserve Chardonnay was vinified separately from grapes grown in our prized Stonebridge vineyard's East block (14). Clone 76 Chardonnay clusters here hand-selected on the 24th of September, then carefully hand-sorted and whole cluster pressed. Cloudy, flavour rich juice was transferred to french oak barrels to wild ferment and age for 23 months. Single Vineyard. Vegan Friendly. Appellation: Four Mile Creek, Niagara-on-the-Lake, VQAO Barrels: Primary, malolactic fermentation and elevage were all completed in the same barrels, 33% new French oak Billon barrels Alcohol: 13.5 % Cases Produced: 98 cases
