Exotic notes of fruit intermingle with a hint of toasty French oak and a honeyed sweetness to flesh out a rare, decadently complex wine. Wild fermented in French oak barrels. Single Vineyard. Vegan Friendly. Appellation: Four Mile Creek, Niagara-on-the-Lake, VQAO Barrels: Primary, malolactic fermentation and elevage were all completed in the same barrels, 50% new French oak barrels Alcohol: 14.8 % Cases Produced: 165 cases
