Winemaking Notes: The 2023 Lakeshore Sémillon opens with inviting aromas of ripe pear, candied apple, honey and fresh lemon. A portion of the wine was aged in neutral French oak while the remainder was left unoaked before being blended, adding texture and balance while allowing the varietal's character to shine.
The palate is dry and beautifully rounded with flavours of melon, honey and subtle citrus. A smooth, layered texture is lifted by refreshing acidity, leading to a clean finish that lingers with understated complexity.
A natural match for seafood, aged cheeses, creamy pasta dishes and white pizza. Refined and approachable, this Sémillon is equally suited to relaxed afternoons or shared meals around the table.
