Palate: Apricot, stone fruit, juicy, luscious, fruit-forward, medium body, dry
Food Pairings: Niçoise salad, oysters, prosciutto and dill cream cheese wrapped asparagus with lemon

Winemaking: Grapes were harvested from two different sites for this wine. The majority came from a north-south facing bench in Summerland. Grapes were hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed into one tank and cool fermented which helped retain all the aromatics in this wine. Lees stirring twice a week for 2 weeks.
