Description
Riesling, Viognier, Gewürztraminer and Orange Muscat were wild fermented and aged on the lees between 2-6 Months. This wine is aggressive but natural. Each of the varieties shines through in this aromatic blend expressing their true character. Residual sugar of 12g/L lends itself to a refreshing, clean finish while aroma rich in apple, pineapple, wild flower and citrus speak of a long fruit finish, indicative of traditional wine-making.
