The nose offers complex aromas of pineapple, orange, apricot, citrus and floral notes. Tropical flavours continue through the lush and round palate, balanced by a kiss of sweet coconut from oak barrels, leading to a long finish.

Appearance: Pale straw colour.
Nose: Light honeysuckle and peach bouquet with a thread of minerality.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, succulent peach and lemon flavours with an engaging touch of bitterness on the finish for added interest.
Quality: Outstanding. 90 points. Drink now through 2020.
Food Pairing: Sweet and sour grilled chicken with coconut rice pilaf, chicken samosas with coriander chutney, poached lobster with macadamia nut risotto, veal scallopini with creamy caper sauce, and roasted parsnip and green bean salad.
