Domaine Queylus is a premium winery situated on the Niagara Escarpment in Ontario, founded in 2010 by Gilles Chevalier and a group of Quebecois investors. The estate specializes in cool-climate varieties specifically chosen for their compatibility with the region's unique soils and microclimate, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.
