Pale salmon in colour, this 100% Cabernet Franc Rosé is delicate yet vibrant in expression. The nose opens with white flowers and peony, layered with peach blossom, lemon peel and pink grapefruit. On the palate, bright wild strawberry and citrus tones carry through, supported by crisp, mineral-driven acidity. Though expressive in fruit, this wine is decidedly bone dry, finishing clean, refreshing, and precise. Silver Medal at National Wine Awards 2026 and Ontario Wine Awards 2026.
