2022 Bench 1775 Chill is a vibrant and focused blend of 95% Sauvignon Blanc and 5% Orange Muscat. The Orange Muscat, typically the first varietal harvested, imparts a delicate yet unmistakable fragrance of orange blossom as it ripens in the vineyard—a signal that it’s time to pick. A small amount of Orange Muscat adds a subtle, aromatic touch to the blend, complementing the Sauvignon Blanc’s lively acidity and depth without adding sweetness.
Enjoy the classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of grapefruit, fresh grass, asparagus, and tropical fruits, complemented by subtle aromas of orange blossom, apricot, and peach from the Orange Muscat.
