On the palate, the wine is dry and refreshingly crisp, with bright citrus acidity from the Riesling keeping everything lively and focused. A soft, rounded mid-palate gives way to a clean, lingering finish with gentle stone fruit and a faint floral echo.

Maker Notes: Crafted on the legendary Black Sage Bench — one of BC's most sun-drenched and acclaimed wine-growing terroirs — this Blanc is a classic expression of South Okanagan white winemaking.
