Tasting Notes: Rich notes of baked pear and warm butterscotch unfold accross a soft, rounded palate. Aged on lees with batonnage, this wine offers layers of complexity and a finish that lingers.
Maker Notes:Â The Chardonnay fruit selected for the Cru tier was left to hang slightly longer on the vine than the Village fruit, allowing acidity to soften and flavours to deepen. After harvest, it was fermented and aged in neutral oak barrels and puncheons, with periodic bĂątonnage to enhance lees contactâcontributing to the Cruâs signature luscious mouthfeel.
