Description from the Producer
Vintage/label change: While this wine continues to come from 100% estate grown Chardonnay , the label has changed to simply say Chardonnay. This is the 2024 vintage, that follows a similar vinification and winemaking as the 2023 Estate Grown Chardonnay. Winemaker's Notes: The nose expresses golden apple, lime, pineapple and chamomile. On the palate, it’s smooth but lively. A taste finds suggestions of tangerine, lime and pear, background oak and cinnamon, and a long, tangy anise and lime finish. This vintage is composed of 90% chardonnay, 10% chardonnay musqué. Dry: 1.5 g/L residual sugar When bottled, alcohol measured 12.5%, residual sugar 1.5 grams per litre, titratable acidity 8.4 grams per litre and pH 3.41. Vegan friendly.
