Description from the Producer
Winemaker's Notes: Much fruit to inhale: watermelon, lime zest, strawberry and peach. Full, brisk and dry, it tastes of raspberry, grapefruit, Seville orange and rhubarb, with melon and mineral tones that hold through the finish.
Dry: 0 g/L residual sugar. Vegan friendly.
Tasting notes by Leah Spooner
Appearance: Dusty rose. Nose: Extra-fruity and expressive, with red cherry candy, strawberry, melon and rhubarb, complemented by soft floral aromas. Palate: Fruity and dry, with the aromatic profile carrying through. Ripe acidity and chalky minerality provide balance and freshness, leading to a lengthy, crisp finish.
Serve: 8–10 °C. Drinking window: enjoy young and chilled for maximum freshness and fruit character.
Pairing: Herbed pork skewers with grilled vegetables; summer strawberry and arugula salad; fresh chèvre with strawberries and herbs; wild mushroom and herb pizza; strawberry shortcake.
