Winemaking: Hand-harvested and sorted, this Semillon hails from the celebrated Black Sage Bench, where the sun-drenched grapes ripen swiftly and consistently reveal their vibrant tropical flavours. The wine is crafted through a distinctive dual fermentation process: one half is aged in 20% new French oak barrels, while the other half is in stainless steel, allowing it to maintain its radiant freshness. This intentional approach weaves together exquisite layers of complexity, resulting in a gracefully balanced and expressive wine that invites you to savour its charm.
