• 2024 Chardonnay Village x2: Crafted from grapes grown in the Aquilini Vineyard, this is a light, fresh, and vibrant white wine aged sur lie in 100% stainless steel tanks. It opens with lively aromas of orchard fruits, green apple, lemon zest, and a hint of butterscotch on the nose. On the palate, full malolactic fermentation and periodic stirring create a soft, rounded mouthfeel that perfectly balances its crisp fruit character and bright natural acidity. With a 13.5% alcohol content and a cellaring potential of 2 to 4 years, this delicate, refreshing wine is perfect for sunny patios and pairs beautifully with cream-based pastas and seafood.

• 2024 Rosé Village x2: Sourced from Red Mountain, Jones, and Sheehan Farm in Washington, this is a fresh and vibrant blend of 76% Pinot Noir, 22% Gamay, and 2% Chardonnay. To preserve its delicate pink color and lively character, the grapes were whole-cluster pressed and co-fermented in stainless steel, with a touch of sparkling base added to elevate the acidity. The wine opens with a floral nose featuring lush notes of strawberry and raspberry, leading into a well-rounded finish of fresh citrus and white pepper. Boasting a 13% alcohol content and a cellaring potential of 1 to 3 years, this crisp, refreshing rosé is ideal for sunny patios and pairs beautifully with spicy dishes and barbecue foods.

• 2024 Gamay Village x2: From Sheehan Farm in Washington, this is a bright, light-bodied red wine crafted to highlight its lively and vibrant character. The grapes were destemmed, gently crushed, and fermented in separate tanks using distinct yeast strains to enhance its unique flavor profiles. It opens with bursting, juicy aromas of blackberries and cranberries, leading into a crisp finish with a light twist of white pepper.
