Aromas of apricot jam, apple pie, lemongrass, and white plum rise from the glass, followed by tropical notes of pineapple, tangerine, and a swirl of spiced honey on the palate. The skin fermentation adds richness and structure, giving this wine its signature savoury edge and long, intriguing finish.
