Description from the Producer

Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon 51.7%, Zinfandel 40.2%, Syrah 8.1%. Harvested Oct 1-15 at brix 25, hand harvested. 25 day open top fermentation, hand punch downs, aged 14 months in French and American oak. 278 cases produced.

Vineyard: Coyote block, planted 2006, glaciofluvial sedimentary soil, elevation 415-420m, drip irrigation. Certified Organic Vineyard, Salmon Safe, Vegan.

The 2017 season started with a cool spring, but progressed into a very hot summer and warm dry fall — a great season of 2638 degree days that allowed for timely fall harvest and perfect fruit maturity.
