Perfect Setting: Best enjoyed with driftwood fires, pacific crab boils and Covert corn on the cob.
Varietal: Sauvignon Blanc 60%, Semillon 35%, Viognier 5%
Harvest: Sep 17 - 19, 2023 21.25 brix, hand harvested at 3.0 tons/acre
Vinification: Fermented 100% in Stainless Steel
Vineyard: Coyote block, planted 2006, glaciofluvial sedimentary soil, elevation 415-420m, drip irrigation
Certification: Certified Organic Vineyard, Salmon Safe, Vegan
Season profile: 2023 started with warm early spring temperatures which advanced bloom by a week over normal. Degree day accumulations slightly above normal through to the end of September which resulted in an ealy harvest of exceptional fruit.
