Harvest: Oct 19, 21 brix, hand harvested at 3.8 tons/acre.
Vinification: Fermented 100% in Stainless Steel.
Vineyard: Coyote block, planted 2006, glaciofluvial sedimentary soil, elevation 415-420m, drip irrigation.
Certification: Certified Organic Vineyard, Salmon Safe, Vegan.
Season Profile: The 2018 season started with an above average spring and was looking like a great summer until smoke cooled off August and early September. Fortunately after the smoke cleared we had a warm dry fall to finish the fruit to optimal maturity.
