Description/Winemakers Notes:
The 2021 vintage boasted fantastic weather for ripening all varieties in Niagara. The dry fall, paired with cool nights was a perfect setting for ripening all types of red grapes. We took this opportunity to make a perfect of Pinot Noir (32%), Merlot (25%), Cabernet Franc (24%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (19%)
Tasting Notes:
Pale salmon color. Lot of strawberry, rhubarb and raspberry on the nose. Smooth flavors of red fruit and refreshing acid. Finish is full of cherry pie flavors.
Pairing Suggestions:
Fruit topped salads, charcuterie boards, and strawberry shortcake
