The warm and balanced 2010 vintage contributes ripe, expressive fruit, while the cooler 2011 vintage adds bright acidity and a refined mineral edge. After ten years resting on lees followed by five years of bottle ageing, this Traditional Method Blanc de Blanc has developed remarkable depth, elegance, and complexity. Aromas of marzipan and freshly baked bread mingle with subtle citrus and crisp green apple.
On the palate, this sparkling wine is creamy and refined, with a lively mousse carrying layers of ripe fruit and subtle citrus. With no dosage added, the finish is naturally dry, crisp, and beautifully focused, allowing the character of both vintages to shine through.
