TASTING NOTES
This powerful Riesling spent 16 months in French oak barrels. It shows an extremely complex aromatic profile as result of carefully selected fruit, slow fermentation at cool temperature and slow ageing in 3 barriques of different toast level. In the glass it is possible to appreciate floral and fruity aroma alongside sophisticated notes of toast, honey, wax, vanilla, baked tart and a creamy texture deriving from the time spent in
barrel.
FOOD PAIRINGS AND SERVING TEMPERATURE
Best served around 8 °C, definitely a wine that needs a likewise structured and concentrated pairing companion such as a soft or semi soft cow or goat cheese.
