The perfect afternoon treat.
Complex aromas of apple, baking spice and river rock opens to a fresh and surprisingly textured white wine. Goes through layers of fresh fruit and pastry notes on the palate that makes for a wine to enjoy over the course of the afternoon, or with any type of cooked or fresh shellfish.
66% Sauvignon Blanc, 34% Semillon
Whole-cluster pressed and wild fermented
Sémillon was matured in neutral French oak, Sauvignon Blanc in tank, for 18 months before being blended in tank.
Bottled without fining or filtration on it's natural lees.
