Lemon zest and and soft white peach on the palate with fresh acid and a crisp, clean finish. Chewy but fresh texture, kind of like the fresh snap of peach skin, makes it a great food wine for summer appetizers or easily enjoyed on its own.
57% Pinot Gris, 23% Sémillon, 14% Gewürztraminer, 6% Chardonnay
100% wild fermented and aged in stainless steel.
Bottled unfined (vegan friendly).
