Release: NV Wild & Free ‘Savage’ Brut Wine: 100 % Chardonnay Winemaking Notes: Harvested in 2010 and 2011, this Blanc de Blancs was crafted using the traditional method, beginning with whole-cluster pressing of the best Chardonnay grapes and a classic prise de mousse fermentation. The wine then rested for more than ten years in the cool quiet of our cellar, developing depth, elegance, and complexity.
