Tasting Note: A light, refreshing wine, with notes tones of red fruit, strawberry, melon and candy.
Recommended drinking: 2020;2026
The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in West Kelowna Thacker Drive Vineyard, and Osoyoos Sonoran Desert vineyard in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels. The wine was aged in a combination of French oak Barrels and stainless steel tanks for 9 months with steering of the lees (batonage) every 10 days to extract the delicate flavours into the wine. The delicate bubbles were added to the wine at the end of the process to enhance the sensation of freshness and lightness of the wine.
