Tasting Note: A medium body wine, with notes of citrus fruit, honeysuckle, lemon zest and vanilla.

Recommended drinking 2020–2024.

The grapes for this wine were hand selected from individual blocks in East Kelowna vineyards in the Okanagan valley. The grapes were pressed whole cluster then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine was aged in a combination of stainless steel and French oak barrels for 7 months, with stirring of the lees (Bâtonnage) performed once a week in order to extract and integrate all the flavors in the wine.

Made in West Kelowna with grapes from East Kelowna this Chardonnay was aged in stainless and oak barrel for seven months with lees stirring. Tender Hope also makes a sparkling and wines (Roussanne and a Syrah) with grapes sourced from vineyards in the Columbia Valley, in Washington State. It delivers nutty and buttery aromas layered with spiced apple cider, toasted baguette, lemon and vague earthy undertones. Tangy and balanced with good focus, it's more a fresh style than creamy.
