Description from the Producer
Citrusy clementine, pineapple and apricot aromas mingle with quince and a delicate flinty twist. This luxuriously creamy nectar has flavours true to the nose, suggesting citrusy fruit cocktail, honey and ginger, with a lingering, sweet caramel aftertaste.

After stainless steel fermentation (no malolactic fermentation) the wine was settled and clarified in tank for three months and bottled in April 2020.
Quantity bottled was 358 cases.
Residual sugar: 240 g/L
Enjoy now to 2027.
Vegan Friendly.
Food Companions: Serve near 7 ° C; try with spicy Asian foods, pâté or firm, aged cheeses.
