Tasting Notes: Pear, golden apple, wildflower honey, lemon curd and wheat cracker find their way to nose and mouth. Added scents offer chamomile and biscuity shortbread and brioche.
It’s tingly and bright in the mouth with soft, creamy bubbles, while grapefruit and golden berry evolve on the palate.

Vinification Notes: 100% Chardonnay. Hand-picked at the Moira Vineyard, from the 2018 harvest.
Vinified in the Traditional Method, it was disgorged with two grams per Litre dosage after five years on the lees. The small (500-bottle) batch was bottled and sealed in May 2024.
