Winemaker's Notes: Dark, baked fruits and cocoa decorate the aromas and flavours of this burly wine. The nose draws black cherry, plum, menthol, allspice and Chambord.
Rich, smooth tannins coat the mouth, yielding flavours of cherry, plum, red currant and Turkish Delight, with a resonating, spiced fruit finish.
Now through 2034 and beyond; this wine is built to age.

Pairing & Serving: Serve near 14° C with eggplant lasagna, prime rib with buttery sautéed mushrooms or make it veggie with mushroom risotto or pasta.
Vinification Notes: Picked at the Stouck Family Vineyard on October 18th as grape sugars averaged 22.5 ° Brix.
Primary fermentation in a large-format oak cuve was followed by malo-lactic fermentation in barrels, 65% American oak 35% French, with 5% of the American barrels in first use. After ten months, the wine was blended and transferred to neutral oak to age a further seven months.
97 cases were filled in August 2024.
