Introduce yourself to the fresh and vibrant flavours of our vegan Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged at our winery in Prince Edward County. With a bright bouquet of white peach, lemongrass, and clove, this wine is perfect for those who appreciate a crisp and refreshing palette. This wine is a delightful, lighter-styled Sauvignon Blanc compared to the previous vintages we have released. Aged for six months in stainless steel and bottled unfiltered, this wine is perfect for those who enjoy the natural taste of wine.
Tasting Notes: With a bright bouquet of white peach, lemongrass, guava and pineapple on the nose. Green crisp pear and good lemon acidity on the palate.

Winemaker's Note: Harvested in mid-September, this vegan Sauvignon Blanc was fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain its youthful vitality and bright fruit. Our winemakers focused on creating a wine with crisp acidity and racked it four times to achieve clarity. This wine was bottled unfiltered, allowing for a natural taste and preservation of the unique flavours and aromas of the grape.
