Description from the Producer
Fragrances remind of green apple, peach, pear, pineapple, lime and grapefruit with a fresh, grassy underlay. Stonefruit and citrus characters translate to the palate with lively freshness, persisting with a mineral accent through the finish.
Grapes were hand-picked almost entirely from our original Moira site on October 1st and 2nd, at average grape sugars of 20.7° Brix.
After pressing, the juice finished primary fermentation (with no malolactic fermentation) in stainless steel and settled and matured for nine months. 595 cases were bottled in July2023.
At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 12%, residual sugar 0.5 grams per litre, titratable acidity 7.7 grams per litre and pH 3.21.
Dry: 0.5 g/L residual sugar
This vintage will drink well through 2027.
Vegan friendly.
