This wine is for sharing bubbles with your circle, enjoying the beauty of the day, and celebrating each zesty second. Effervescence captures the pure and beautiful simplicity of the moment, filled with nothing but smiles and the music of clinking glasses. It laughs in the face of waiting for a special occasion, as every minute of every day can be just that: a special occasion with fond memories to match.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Pale Straw
Nose: Flowers and apple
Palate: Melon, peach, lemon, bright & light body, dry
Food Pairings: Creamy cheeses, Stuffed mushrooms, Sushi, Smoked salmon or fried chicken
Winemaking: Grapes were hand-sorted then whole bunch pressed. This wine is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Blanc. Components were fermented separately with some lees stirring on the Pinot Blanc.
