Shiny Apple Cider a ouvert ses portes en 2014 avec pour objectif de produire un cidre artisanal haut de gamme, si savoureux qu'il se démarque de la concurrence. Toutes les pommes proviennent de fermes familiales locales de l'Ontario. Végétalien et sans gluten.

Les vins FRESH sont vifs et expressifs. Élaborés à partir de raisins cultivés en Ontario à 100 %, ils ajoutent une touche d'élégance aux moments entre amis. The story behind Shiny Apple Cider

Shiny Apple is a Niagara-on-the-Lake cider that launched in 2014, grown out of the Hunse family's long history of farming in the region. The family worked the land in fruit long before they pressed it into cider.

It shares a home with FRESH Wines, a sister label of bright, young Niagara wines made at the same site.

Ontario apples, pressed fresh

The flagship cider is a blend of several apple varieties grown on Ontario family farms, which is where its rounded, easy flavour comes from. It is gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and sits around seven percent alcohol.

Beyond the classic, there is a whole run of flavoured ciders, from a Pinot Noir blend to a pear and Gewurztraminer version. The FRESH wines next door lean the same way, made young and bright to drink soon.
