Locals and visitors from around the world will stand in line to enjoy the magic of this Indian restaurant. This recipe is a regular on the menu, and one of his most popular dishes. The key is to pick an aromatic wine that will stand up to all of the dish's flavours, and this 2014 Riesling (13th Street Winery, $23.95) is a natural fit. The acidity of the wine will cut nicely through the richness of the battered fried onion. A fun one to make!
