With more than 25 years of experience in all things wine, master winemaker Efi Perel uses traditional methods and minimum intervention to express the natural flavours in every bottle made at Tender Hope. His wine features complex flavours and aromas and beautifully showcases the terroir of both BC's Okanagan Valley and Washington's Columbia Valley. This medium-bodied white is full of herbal and floral aromas followed by notes of creamy peach and lemon zest on the palate. Pair it with lobster bisque or pan-seared foie gras with figs.
This sumptuous wine with fresh citrus, apple, peach, and subtle toasty notes will take away those cold-weather blues. Enjoy it with honey-glazed cashew chicken or pigs in a blanket.
This beautiful pinot was rated an outstanding 90 points by Tony Aspler. Notes of raspberry, strawberry, and violets are followed by ripe tannins making this the perfect pairing for pasta puttanesca with eggplant.
Wonderful aromas of blackberry and cedar lead into rich notes of dark berries with well-integrated oak and firm tannins on the finish. Save this wine for a night in with chocolate fondue.
